Frank and Perry Remy Patents 1903-1916

This page added 3-26-2019.

The patents listed below were awarded to one of both of the Remy Brothers during their ownership of Remy Electric.  Several were awarded to them after they sold the company in 1911.  Also note that in 1929 when Delco-Remy took control of Dayton Electrical Laboratories (Delco) in Dayton, the patents it had been awarded became Delco-Remy property.  This is most noticeable in patents listed for C.F. Kettering for his work at Delco.  Information below courtesy of Tom George.

Other Remy Brother patents:  Information provided by Brian Mulcahy.

Patent 1,182,104, May 9, 1916 by B. P Remy and F. I. Remy, Tractor
